The best way to achieve
a PADI Scuba Diving course in Pescara consists in using PADI
eLearning®, an alternative study system to the conventional
study way, with which you will be able to follow the theoretical
lessons on the web and afterwards complete with us the practical
training in the pool and sea. Available are only the
Open Water Diver and the Advanced OWD Course, in English or

All you need is
a computer and an internet access, anywhere you are you will
be able to access your reserved area where you will find the
lessons to follow, the Manual and the PADI Video of the course.
You will be able to start, stop and restart the learning as
many times as you would like; we will follow your progress online,
we will supply you assistance and when you will come to Pescara,
we will do the practical lessons in the pool and sea !! |

PADI eLearning®
costs 120 US$ that you will be able to pay with your credit
card during registration and will allow you to use the service.
With us you will only pay the remaining part of the course (pools,
diving, etc), choosing if you would like to follow privately
or group lessons, immediately or during a weekend; in other
words it will be fully flexible !!

All the beaches around
Pescara are sandy and have shallow waters, no reefs, or fishes:
just sandy beaches for many miles from north to south: it's
a classic Italian riviera, good for sunbathing and beach volley
but not for diving, except scuba lessons and training. (picture)
You have to go a good distance from the coast to reach a depth
of 8-12 meters. At the bottom there is sand and mud and the
visibility is often limited to 1 mt...

However, some diving spots are found to north
and south of the city and they can be reached with our inflatable
boat in 20-30'. July is the good period to dive here and we
can organize some half or full-day: calm sea, sun, and water
temp on 25°C !! These are simple dives and here you can
complete a PADI Course or simply have fun and relax !!
As Diving Center PADI we can rent or sell all diving equipment
you need, so, no problem !!
